iCal stopped displaying entries on MacBook

iCal on my MacBook Pro (High Sierra 10.13.5) suddenly stopped displaying all of my calendar entries this morning - was working fine yesterday, and all my iOS devices are displaying entries fine. I have rebooted, shut down iCal and restarted, unclicked all my calendars, restarted iCal and reclicked the calendars, all to no avail. Very strange. Anyone know what might be happening?

Frstr8ted,

Backup your calendars.

Then paste this text ~/Library into the Finder Menu>Go>Go to Folder...window and select "Go." This will open the Users Library Folder.

Open the Calendars Folder which is in that Library Folder, and move any any files with "Cache" listed in the name field to your Desktop.

Next open the Preferences Folder in that same Library Folder and move the com.apple.iCal.plist file to the Desktop.

Log out/in or restart and open Calendar.

Ferd II - thanks for the guidance. Unfortunately, it didn't work. All of my events/calendars are displaying on my iOS devices and in iCloud.com, just not on my MacBook (except for Google calendar entries and the Apple Holidays calendar). Interestingly, one event I entered this evening - on a calendar that isn't displaying - displays now. It's like iCal on my MacBook has amnesia with everything else prior to about 10am today. Any other ideas?
