Rented a movie on SWA but it won't play on my iMac, suggestions?

"no playable sources found" msg when I try to play my rented movie on southwest airlines. Does this mean I have no app capable of playing a movie?And if so, how do I get one in flight?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012)

You are trying to play a movie on an iMac during a flight? How/where are you plugging it in?

If you are referring to a laptop, you can get VLC (third party app) and/or you should have Quicktime Player.
