ICCID without box

The EID does not show on that main page, you have to tap on it and the SEID to see them.

To the OP, if you go to Settings on the Watch, General>About, you should be able to see the ICCID there. However I would also wonder if you do have a GPS + Cellular version. Are you sure that it is a cellular version? Especially since you don't seem to have the box.

Hard to say since the OP has not responded again in a while. However, a trip to the Apple Store can help, since they can assist in activation at the store.

It should be where you show in your screen shot. If not, there is something broken or not yet configured. Start by rebooting your phone and watch to rebuild the connection, then see if anything has changed.

AT&T should be experienced to troubleshoot this, but you might have to push for Tier2 support. If you can't get any sense there you could Contact Apple Support and see if they can help you with remote diagnostics.

Since you also do not have and EID nor SEID you either don't have the Cellular model or it is broken.

You have far better eyes than I do. I just see a long dash at the end of all the scribbling at the right of the ICCID number. I don't have a non-cellular Watch so I have no idea what it would display.

😁 Thanks. All in how you tilt the display on the laptop! I don't have a non-cellular version now either, but it should provide this information if it is cellular. I'm waiting to see if the OP can verify they have a cellular version.

A quick visit to Google (ugh!) suggests 38mm Space Gray Aluminum with a black Sport Band. All the commercial sellers seem to be in USA so probably A1860 with the correct frequencies for US networks. That may be a strong clue for a defective device needing Apple hands-on diagnostics.

Thanks for that info, I actually looked at my Watch for the data. But IMEI does show on the phone and isn't showing in her screen shot.

When I look at the image it appears that the IMEI is there, they just wiped over it in black, but didn't quite get all of it. I can see a shadow of a few digits towards the end.

I see it too. However, a little different than mine, since I have the 42mm Stainless, so I'm guessing that might be a 38mm or other slightly different version.
