Is there any other way to obtain the ICCID number besides from the back of the box the watch came in to put cellular service on my watch? I dont have the number and the people at AT&T said they cant do it till I have that number. How can I get this number?

The EID does not show on that main page, you have to tap on it and the SEID to see them.
To the OP, if you go to Settings on the Watch, General>About, you should be able to see the ICCID there. However I would also wonder if you do have a GPS + Cellular version. Are you sure that it is a cellular version? Especially since you don't seem to have the box.
Looking very closely, the half obscured model number appears to be MQJP2LL/A which would be consistent with a North America region cellular version. The other indicators will be the usual... red dot crown and the engraved information on the back of the device.
