No refund for an unauthorized charge?

On 5/23/18, I was alerted to an unauthorized charge on my iTunes account. It was on a different device(different appleid than my phone). I wasn't even home when this occurred! I have proof! I called Apple at once, while I was drivin, and was on hold for almost 40 minutes. I made the choice to end the call and call my financial institution(in fear this person was going to keep charging my card), to cxl my card and dispute the charge. My bank did give give me a provisional credit. Then 3 days ago my bank reversed the charges, stating that Apple(the merchant), said I authorized the charges, because my cc was on file. WTH? I didn't authorize this charge. Now I'm being told by Apple, they can't do anything about it, because I went through my bank. That I should of called them first. News flash, I tried! This is so wrong in so many ways. So I should of just stayed on hold, to wait for a representative from Apple to answer my call, while driving, and risk the chance of more charges going through? By the way, I was getting my chemo treatment, so for them to say this charge is valid to my bank, is disgusting

Yes, I did, as soon as I retuned home. I explained the situation, why I had to call my back. They had no issues with it. Now though, they(iTunes) will not credit my account, because they said I went through my bank. My bank is telling me to go through iTunes, iTunes is saying my bank has to handle it. I tried to explain to both Shelby, and Derek(itunes), that my back said the decision was made because of their information received. All I know, is I didn't authorize these charges. Who spends over $65 on a game? Not this girl. iTunes also said that they see that I use the iTunes redeeming cards

I found out from my bank, it was to Candy Crush. I do play the game, but I have never spent money on it, unless I have a redeemable iTunes card. I have changed everything. The most I've ever been charged, was like .99, because it went over my card limit. But who spendS $65.50 on a game? That's ridiculous! I just want my money back, and it's turning out to be a battle, and it shouldn't be. I mean, if ITunes wants people to dispute charges directly through them, then they need to take calls right away. Not make the person wait on hold for over 40 minutes. I mean, whoever was charging my card, could of made several more purchases.

I have 2 different Apple id's. One for my iphone, and 1 for my iPad. I have never had issues on my phone, but my ipad(which has the games on), has had nothing but issues. My daughter just was charged over $79 on Monday through her bank through iTunes, for movies they said she purchased. She didn't purchase any movies. She has an Apple computer. Somethings going on with Apple, I don't know what, but something is. I'm starting to think it's an inside job
