iPad Apple care
I want to purchase an ipad Pro from a friend and they have apples limited warranty through feb 2019, but not AppleCare,
is there any way i can still purchase Apple care for the iPad if i get it off them?

Not if the iPad is over 60 days old, which it will be if the warranty is only until Feb : https://www.apple.com/support/products/ipad.html
Purchase AppleCare+ with your new iPad. Or buy it within 60 days of your iPad purchase:
- Online (requires you to verify your serial number and run a remote diagnostic)
- At an Apple Store (inspection of iPad and proof of purchase are required)
