This is a scam (fraud attempt). Do not respond in any way to it. Apple IDs never expire, and Apple never send out text messages anyway. The message is trying to fool you into giving away your ID and password so that your account can be hacked.
There are various common scams: all messages or emails telling your your account is about to expire, has been suspended, or has to be 'verified', or that a 'virus' has been detected on your computer or device, are scams. Never respond to any of them.
Genuine emails from Apple will address you by name, not 'Dear Customer' or your email address; if Apple ever do have to lock your ID for security reasons they won't tell you, they will wait for you to find out and contact them.
You can forward emails to Apple as an email attachment to reportphishing@apple.com ; text messages should simply be deleted.
