I’m having trouble connecting my HomePod in the Home app. I can see the HomePod and it works correctly. However, In the home app it appears as “no response”.

Reboot your router, power cycle the HomePod. Reset HomePod - Apple Support if it still shows as "no response". Make sure you're not using a guest wi-fi network or wireless isolation settings.

Didn’t work. I only have one network set up in my house. I read another thread that there might be an issue with the HomePod talking nicely with my time capsule. I did a hard reset of my time capsule and then reset my HomePod and I’m getting the same result.
Is the Time Capsule providing your Wi-Fi network? Not personally familiar with them. You may need to be using a WPA2 secured network.
