I randomly watched a video of a person with this same issue, and he said that Apple would replace my phone for free within the warranty. I have had it for less than a year. Is this true or do I have to pay almost 400$ to get it fixed?

I live in Sweden and I am not able to visit any apple store.
I bought the phone online at a Swedish electronic store.
They are really slow at handling warranty’s.
Do I have to use them or could I just send it straight to Apple?
