How to report misleading apps?

There have been a ridiculous number of fake in-app ads that claim to be games where you can earn a lot of real money through Amazon gift cards. When downloaded they are copies of the same game, and though they legitimately give small amounts of gift card balance, they have absolutely no resemblance to the ads which could be possible theft of other intellectual properties and are otherwise misleading to what they are. They all seem to come from individual accounts, and also use fake reviews.

A partial list of apps include: Ball Crash - Boom, Scratch Game-Halloween Night and the one that may have already been removed called Bubbles Reward.

Is there a way to report these apps and make sure their deceptive ads are not seen anymore?
