Life360 & Find Friends have bad locations

Wife and I (both iPhone 7, iOS 11.4) use Life360. It was perfect (very accurate) for a very long time. As of recently (a few weeks, I think), I get Notifications that she has left the house- while she's sitting right next to me in the house. Then I look at the Life360 app and it shows her as being across town (a few miles) from me. A few mins later it might show her arriving back home, and then leaving shortly after... all while she's in the house.

Same as above happens on my phone as well, but seems like not as bad or as often as her issue.

Tried/checked the following:

- Location Services: Life360 is allowed access 'Always'

- Turned off Location Services, then back on.

- Background App Refresh: On for Life360

- Logged out and then back in to Life360

- Deleted and reinstalled Life360

- Shut down phone, waited few mins, turned back on.

Just now I found something interesting- Life 360 said she left the house, so I looked at the app's map and confirmed that it showed her across town. Then I looked at 'FIND FRIENDS' app- and it showed her on the map at the same false location as well, which seems to indicate that this is not a Life360 problem

We use Life360 is used to run home automations based on presence... for example: When Life360 sees me come home, certain things happen around the house. When it sees that wife comes home, different things happen. Therefore accuracy of Life360 is important to us.

What else can I try/check?
