Problems with iOS 12 beta

About 5 days ago I had iOS 12 beta on my phone. Then something went wrong. I couldn't get into the app store. I contacted apple support. They told me that they did not know anything about the iOS 12 beta so that I should reinstall back to the latest iOS 11. So I did. Now I am getting notifications to install the new iOS 12 beta 3. What should I do? Is this the new instation or should I ignore it and stay with the iOS 11? I am confused. I tried reaching out to apple support, it was a huge hassle and in the long run I could not get in touch with them due to the way around the phone call email ect. So now I am still left hanging?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.4, null

iOS 12 beta is confidential and cannot be discussed here. Apple offers no support for it since its in testing phase and as such Apple support directly would not be able to help you nor know anything about it. You agree to this when installing the Beta.

Unless you are prepared to handle the Beta and the issues that come with it, you should stay away from it.

If you have not unenrolled your device from the Beta program you will need to do so, so you stop getting the Beta updates.
