Icloud Backup Issue

My iPhone 5 icloud backup shows backup size zero kB and next backup size loading as shown in the below pic. Why this is showing like this. Most importantly is my iPhone doing backup on icloud or not ? Kindly help me resolve this issue asap.

ICloud backup issue with Iphone 6. Preparing to upgrade phone. Added 50 gb to icloud storage and ran backup (1.3 gb of 50 gb used). The physical phone storage is 14.4 gb of 16 gb used. The icloud backup is not incrementing beyond 1.3 gb. Any suggestions?

Iphone(10s) Backup size is more than the phone Storage size Hi team I ran into a weird issue where iPhone Backup size(71gig) is more than the phone Storage size(64gig). unfortunately I did not took iCloud backup. Can someone help me to fix this issue
