My Keychain has recently not been syncing between my Mac and iOS devices. I read that I should try turning off Keychain and turning it back on. However, on both my Mac and iPhone, after I put in my Apple ID password per the prompt trying to turn off Keychain, nothing happens and it automatically turns back on. Does anybody know what might be wrong?

Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac
After you sign back in and enable iCloud Keychain on your devices, if your items still are not syncing, try again to follow the steps from Get help with iCloud Keychain :Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.If you can't sync iCloud Keychain with other devices
Make sure that your device is on a Wi-Fi or cellular network. If the connection appears strong, try these steps:
- Turn off iCloud Keychain on all devices.
- Turn on iCloud Keychain on the device that has the most up-to-date keychain items.
- Turn on iCloud Keychain on your other devices. They will be updated with your new iCloud Keychain.
