Your bootable USB drive could not be created

Hello, so i tried to install Windows 10 64bit on my iMac. I downloaded the 4gb ISO from Microsoft, formatted my 16GB Kingston USB2 drive MS-DOS FAT32 and it gave me an error when i checked all of the 3 marks. And then it gave me an error, Your bootable USB drive could not be created,There is not enough space available on the disk. And i have 100GB on my Macintosh SSD internal drive. When i had Sierra it worked, now when i have High Sierra doesn't..User uploaded file

iMac, macOS High Sierra (10.13.5), Bootcamp
