How to delete all text except emails address's from excel for mac spreadsheet

Select the text you want to un-jumble. Choose the Data menu, and choose Text To Columns.

Excel will parse the text and do a pretty good job of getting everything into some sort of order. You can tweak it from there.

There are probably formulas that could be helpful, but I prefer just grabbing and moving. Select all of the spreadsheet (click the triangle at the top left) so everything is highlighted. On the Data menu, choose Filter.

The Filter command will add a drop-down arrow at the top of each column. Dropping down that menu will list everything in the column...just uncheck everything that's not an e-mail address. You now have only the e-mail addresses showing. Select them and copy and then turn the filters off and paste the email addresses at the bottom of the correct column. (command-c to copy, or even better, command-x to cut)

Repeat the process for each column that contains e- mail addresses. At the point where they are all moved, you can just delete the other columns if you want to, and have just the addresses.
