I managed to get the iTunes store to load but now my icon for the ipod doesn't show so I can't download the songs I've purchased and I've updated my windows version, I'm going to try a different USB cable. I'm wondering if anyone has had that problem

Has anyone conciderd trying Another USB cable?

start with the cord, and restarting computer and ipad
