GPS not working after Battery Replacement

I got my battery replaced in my iphone 6 and now the GPS does not work and it is difficult to get a wifi connect. What happened? I have been trying to get an appointment back at the store in Germantown, TN to ask them but the online appointment calendar is not currently working.

Have you tried a forced restart of your device? (press and hold both Home and Side (power) buttons, for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple Logo. When it appears, release both buttons, wait for your iP6 to restart, then test it.


If you get no help, then yes, I would contact the Apple Store as soon as possible.

If you can't do it, try to reach them by phone, or send them an e-mail to let them know about your problem.
