I can't think of anything else to check. A phone call comes in only vibrates, no ring tone. I've checked volume. It is all the way up. I've check sounds. When I click on the sound it plays. I've looked at do not disturb it seems to be off. Any suggestions?

I just re-did that switch (turned off then back on) and now it works. Go figure.
