Editor doesn't show selected midi region

As of late I have a problem with editor window. As I select particular track and it's midi region it just keep on showing me different midi region. Is this a bug? It is really annoying as I can not do any editing.User uploaded file

Normally when you want to do editing of your midi region you just double click the midi region you want to edit and it should show in the editor window. Here for example I have selected Glass Marimba Hard midi region but editor is keep on showing me violin midi region and I can't make the editor work to show me the selected midi region. If I select audio file the editor starts showing the selected audio file in editor. Seems that just midi regions don't work. Also I have copied midi region of Marimba to violin track and did edit of the midi as shown in editor but when I select Marimba it won't show it in editor anymore. Seems like basic things are not working here in Logic. Does anybody else encountered similar problem or is this a bug?

Ok I have sorted out the issue. In editor options in selection "View" I have to click/tick "Link" and it works. Have no idea why there is even option to disable this... probably just to make you waste your time!
