We have literally tons of books created. Can they be saved in any other way so we don't lose them and can still order them?

I know Mimeo has partnered with Apple as one of two providers for 7+ years. Not sure who the west coast provider was.
It is going away, however you can get the same exact products with an improved UI experience if you go to App Store and download MimeoPhotos.
Stand by. There will be ways to convert Apple books and continue to order or reorder them and receive the same exact physical products.

There are two providers, Mimeo and CGX (now RRD). Mimeo has produced cards, books and calendars for North America and Europe for approximately 7-8 years.

I am having a similar problem since the recent update to Mimeo version 2.0.3.
When I try to create a new project I am just seeing the beach ball spinning after I select the book format.
