kyocera duraforce pro call problems

i have an iPhone 8 and my dad has a kyocera duraforce pro. Every time we make a call to each other the quality is so bad we can hear every other word most times. It only happens when i call him and he says it only happens when he calls me. I don’t call anyone else with a phone like his but I’m sure he has other iPhones he calls and they work for him.

Can’t hear anything when accepting a call On my mom’s iPhone 11, when calling her she can’t hear me and I can’t hear her. When she makes the call everything works fine it’s only when she is getting a call. It happens when she is getting calls from iPhone users, android users and also land lines. Doesn’t happen every time but 75% of the calls she gets this happens. Do you have any suggestions as to how to solve this issue?

Call issue hey, looking for help. My dad has an iPhone and I can hear the conversation from the other person on the call. Speaker not on but can’t find how to resolve this? Many thanks
