Will FCPX work on a late 2013 iMac 27

For the new Final Cut Pro X, it recommends a Mac with a Radeon Pro 580 Graphics. My iMac has NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M 2048 MB. Will I have issues?

iMac, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4), 4TB 24GB Ram (iMac 27in late 2013)

According to Apple's chart your card is compatible.
