Automatic Turn on the WiFi in the morning

That's because you are turning it off with the button in the control center. That button does not actually turn Wi-Fi off; it disconnects from the current network, but leaves Wi-Fi on. If you want to turn it off and have it stay off you must turn it off in Settings/Wi-Fi. Fortunately, there are 4 ways to do that:

• Tap Settings then Wi-Fi
• "Hey Siri, turn off Wi-Fi"
• Hold the HOME button and say "Turn off Wi-Fi"
• Hold your finger on the Settings icon and choose Wi-Fi from the floating menu that appears.

All four of these will turn off Wi-Fi until you repeat the process and turn it back on.

They probably shut it down through settings, not through control center.
