Apple ID Log in stuck in loop

Hi,

For over a week my phone has been stuck in a loop of asking me to log in to my Apple ID / iCloud account.

I've enetered my password everytime but it just pops up on the screen again, i've tried signing out but it stays logged in but without any functionality. Currenty imessage isnt working, i cant log in to the app store, all my contacts have dissapeared alos will all stored passwords. The mail app also wont work even after i add accounts.

I have reset the password 3 times already in the hopes of it working. I have also tried phone reboots and updated my IOS.

I have been to the online ID managment and it says im signed in but my phone is barely functional.

Do you have any ideas on how to fix it?
