When sending to print, I have no option to control colour, black & white or grey scale.
resolution is bad.
With Microsoft computer I could control colours, fit to page size etc...
how can I have this control on my new iMac with High Sierra 10.13.5 ?

did you go to hp's site and download and install their latest driver and software for mac for the printer ?
maybe this needs to be installed HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 All-in-One Printer series - Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support
I checked in HP site and it does not have the software for this printer.
I could not find any way to control quality of printing with OS 10.13.6 on iMac.
HP answered that from iPhone, iPad & MacBook Air - that is working well. But,
why not the desktop iMac ???
