iTunes backup an unknown error occurred (-54)

I have tried to backup 2 iPhones and 2 iPads to iTunes and received the error message for all 4. I am using OSX 10.13.5 and IOS 11.4.1

iPhone SE, iOS 11.4.1, OSX 10.13.15
