Apps are all on?
In the setting UNDER current period roamin. All the Apps are turned on. Should they be o?

If you need those apps when you are outside of your country, your'll have to switch them on.
In case you want to control your data usage, you can switch them off. You will be notified by the apps again, that you need to switch it back on, if data roaming is needed at some point.
