Trouble pairing handsfree device to iPhone 5s

I’m trying to pair a hans free device I put in my car, BlueAntS3 to my iPhone 5s and it doesn’t even come up as an option under my Bluetooth menu. Any suggestions??

If you can‘t connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
