HELP!: My Beats Solo 3’s led lights aren’t working

Hello,

So a few months ago I decided to use my Beats Solo 3. I turned it on and heard the start up sound, but the led lights weren’t working. I could still connect them to my phone, hear music, and charge the Beats so I decided to wait and see if the lights would turn on by themselves, but they haven’t . I’ve tried resetting by holding the power button and also holding the power button whilst holding the volume up button. Both don’t work. I’ve also noticed that the battery widget for my Beats is stuck at 100%

The day before I was at the gym and the headphones tend to get a little bit sweaty afterwards if that has any relation to the problem.
