Is it possible to see only a few albums on my iPhone music instead of whole collection

We have an iTunes account that the whole family shares and it has a collection of music (adults and kids). In my iPhone I see the music albums of my kids, spouse etc. Is there a way for me to be able to see only music I choose on my phone instead of seeing the entire collection. I have created playlists with my music but I still see the entire collection every time I open music. Thanks in advance

Yes, see Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB - Apple Support. Personally I'd make a single playlist that has what you want and sync that as a starting point. Get more sophisticated if the need arises.

Note that by default your device will include all unhidden purchases made with your Apple ID, with cloud links if you don't sync the same from your computer or download them directly to your device.
