I just got a new series 3 38mm GPS today, & when I touch the screen w/the SAME watch face protector I used on my series 1, it doesn’t work! If I disable the wrist detection/take it off my wrist, it does work. I don’t want to remove it!

I am really frustrated because I honestly cannot remove the protective watch face cover. The screen might get damaged, and there is no reason the protector should not work because it worked just fine on my series 1! I just got the new series 3 watch today and gave my series 1 away. I wish I would have known about this issue before spending over $300!!! Are you working on fixing this as I have seen others posting this exact same issue? Perhaps a sensitivity update of some sort? I need to be able to use my watch with a protective cover on it. in my opinion, this should be of highest priority. Please feel free to contact me for any more information or questions. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.

Out of interest and to help others in the future, you say the 4.3.2 software fixed the problem. That is the latest version and should have installed when you first paired your new watch. A new watch is brain dead until pairing is completed so how did you find some other version didn't work?
