Roland Quadcapture not recognised after OS upgrade

I have just upgraded my iMac OS from 10.13.5 to 10.13.6 my Roland Quad-Capture is now not recognised.

It is there on the USB device list so the computer is seeing it but it is not listed in the sound devices preferences.

Any suggestions?

I have reported the problem to Roland Tech support and also to Apple feedback

audio interface connection problem I just upgraded to a new IMac. The new IMac does not recognize my Roland Duo Capture EX interface.I have tried all possible solutions suggested by the manufacturer‘s support. This included reinstalling the latest driver. I have verified backwards compatibility of USB 3 ports since the interface uses USB 2 and have tested the gear and cable on my old system to verify that they work correctly.Any ideas?

Edirol Interface not working with my Mac I have been using my Edirol USB Audio capture UA 25 interface with my Mac Pro MacOS Big Sur 11.2.3 with no problems at all. Then today all of sudden it will not communicate or even turn on when i plug it into my mac please help!

Connected device isn't showing listed on Sound Input? I am running Mojave on my iMac. I am trying to connect a tape recorder to my iMac using a 3.5mm aux audio cable. I have connected one end in the microphone slot on the tape recorder and the other end in the microphone slot in the back of the iMac. When I go into system preferences - Input - the device isn't listed anywhere. I cannot understand why? Any ideas? I was hoping to see it listed so that I can then use Quicktime player to transfer some recordings to my iMac. Thanks.
