can not fully get rid of advanced Mac cleaner

advanced Mac cleaner showed up as a flasher updating information in my safari, and I clicked it.

now I have deleted it following the instructions in the community, deleted files in "Finder" and cleared the garbage.

but now there are still two problems there,

1. theres another "Advanced Mac cleaner" in the application folder, which can not be deleted.

2. when I want to open further guidance pages, they shows up the virus page which I can not open at all

anyone knows how to deal with this?

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac will detect Advanced MacKeeper as PUP (Potentially Unwanted Software) and will remove the app and all of its components.
