Canon LIDE 110 Flatbed Scanner

I've got a great little flatbed scanner, Canon LIDE 110 that no longer works with 10.13.6. I've downloaded and installed some newer drivers from Canon but seem unable to find Canon software that will let me operate the scanner. I've contacted them and am waiting for a reply but in the meantime, is there any 3rd party software that will let me use this scanner? Or some other way to still use it with High Sierra?

Try VueScan.
