Sound Problem Running Bootcamp Windows 10 On Mac

So recently I have portioned part of my computer on boot camp to run Windows 10 and everything works well and smooth....except for sound quality. Playing any music from any sources (Youtube, Pandora, Spotify) sounds high pitched and bass reduced to the lowest possible point. I have not messed with any setting relating to audio in Bootcamp and is playing it through the default internal Mac speakers.

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013)

Processor 2.9 GHz Intel core i5

Memory 8GB 1600 MHz DDR8

Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 1024 MB

I work by instructions and have not found or tried any troubleshooting yet.

Hi,

Probably for one reason or another during the install process, the Windows drivers for your model of Mac haven't been installed properly.

I assume you have already tried this, but (just in case):

Start your Mac and boot into Windows.

Open Internet Explorer and go to http://www.apple.com/support

Click Downloads.

Scroll until you find the latest audio drivers for the Mac system you’re running.

Click Download.

Follow the on screen instructions to download and install the latest audio drivers for your Mac.

Reboot your Mac.

Regards.
