MacBook Pro (2017, 13-inch, no Touch Bar) screen anomalies

Lately my MacBook Pro has been creating some bubble forms throughout the entire screen. I try to clean them with a microfiber cloth and the screen gets all greasy and not glossy at all. I have to spend almost half and hour cleaning until the grease is gone. The bubbles disappear too and the screen looks perfect again. But then a couple of days later the same things start to happen again.

I neither touch the screen with my fingers nor am I a person that spits while talking.

Also my screen is getting scratched by my MacBook's keys. I have little squares about the keys' size.

What can I do to solve this?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.5), (13-inch, no touch bar, 2017 model)

Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. If you did not purchase it from Apple then you will need to look to the vendor for service.
