How to enable the cut shortcuts in Mac High Sierra

Hi,

I have upgraded my Mac to Mac High Sierra and I cannot use the shortcuts "Control Command V" to cut and move the item at the same time any more. This is really difficult to adjust and I have to delete the item in the previous folder and I found it very annoying.

Could anyone help me out in this situation (I dont really want to install TotalFinder since it is not free and XtraFinder is not compatible with Mac High Sierra 😟)
