Word cannot open the document: user does not have access privileges

Word cannot open the document: user does not have access privileges (evi10234451.docx). This comes up when I try to open a couple of documents. I am the author and I put them into an on-line programme that students use to keep all their research in one place so their tutor can see it easily. I need them back out of this programme (OneFile) but this is how they come out and I can't work out how to open them. I'd be grateful for anyone's help!
