The instructions I've found say to push Settings then Repeat which is 3rd option down.
Um, no.
First I slide screen left. That brings up Clock and Settings. When I hit Settings I get,
Bluetooth
General
Music
Video
Radio
Photos.
Now I'm lost. Just want the playlist to repeat, please.
iPod nano, Windows 10, Unrecognized Nano started all this

No idea where you found such an instruction. Page 19 of the 7th gen user manual has this:
It states: touch the Now Playing screen to bring up the overlay. Then tap the Repeat icon:
Note that each time you tap the Repeat icon, it cycles through the following:
When it's in Repeat 1 mode, there will be a tiny 1 in the arrows.
(The 6th gen nano operates in a similar way.)
