Unknown app appeared on iPhone screen!

Hi guys,

Whenever I restart my iPhone there’s this app appearing all the time, it’s been like 3 days that I’m having this problem. App is called placeholder and apparently it’s offloafed! Every time I delete it, it will appear on my screen again upon restarting! I searched the AppStore but couldn’t find an app called placeholder! This is so strange and shady to me! Could it be a malware or something? Btw my iPhone is not jailbroken!
