Capitalizing after [ ‘s ] ?

Whenever I’m writing something like “Arthur’s pen” or “Morgan’s comb”, the second word automatically capitalizes (like “Arthur’s Pen” / “Morgan’s Comb”). I like auto caps, because I write a lot and it saves me time, but I’ve had my phone for over a year, and it’s only been doing that for about the past month. Is there a way to fix this?

Capitalizing I have 8 plus with current software. Every time I type a specific word “BARRIE” it automatically changes it to all caps like it did in this message. I’ve turned off auto cap with no luck. I have cleared the keyboard and tried text replacement again with no luck. I have checked all my contacts and there is no capitalized BARRIE in any of my contacts. The maddening thing is it does it in my IPad as well. Does anybody have any ideas?

‘i’ always capitalised I’m suddenly having an issue while using Word, with the magic keyboard on my ipad, where ‘i’ will always be capitalised if I’m starting a new word, so in ends up In, and in the middle of a sentence it’s not right. It doesn’t seem to be anywhere else, just when using Word. I’ve turned auto-capitalisation off and tried hitting shift a few times before typing but that only seems to work sometimes. I just really need a fix for this.
