Repaired keyboard returned damaged

I had a key stop working on my macbook so I took it in to an apple store. The store sent it off on a Sunday and I just got it back today (10 days). They replaced the keyboard but I have noticed two things. The spacebar came back with some scratches and the X key has a gouge on the side that lets backlight through.

My question is what should I do about it?

- This is expected, maybe apple uses refurbished parts

- I'm over reacting, live with it and be glad that apple fixed my keyboard

- Somehow get apple to log this to my account in case these damaged areas get worse

- Demand that apple fix it again (and going without my laptop for another 10 days)

Apple does use refurbished parts, but they are supposed to pass ALL functional and cosmetic test as if they were new.

Your repair comes with a modest warranty of its own. If the repair was not completed in a satisfactory manner, return it to them for satisfaction.
