Hi - is anyone else having this issue of the keyboard or underneath the keyboard technically getting really hot. How hot you ask - it's starting to hurt my fingertips while typing (that's actually how I noticed)

I closed out Box Sync which was highest in usage. And the keyboard has cooled but can still feel the warmth. I'm planning to head over to Apple Store to get it checked out

Could you please check activity monitor to see if your CPU usage is high?
Yes CPU usage was high during this time.
Could you please share a screenshot of cpu usage and please check that processes with cpu working fine. Try deleting the process related application and check the keyboard temperature again.
i believe boxsync somehow crashed on your pc. as you mentioned apple store seems like the best option.
