Photos App not working

Hey guys! I’ve been dealing with this prob for a month. Every time I open Photos app it shows 0 photos in Camera Roll but iPhone Storage clearly shows Photos has 8.58gb in it.

Also I can’t save any photo from any sources. When I do screencaps they don’t show up in Photos. Even using Camera, the photos I captured won’t show up in Photos app.
