How to purchase a MacBook Pro from Apple USA while living oversea?

Can anyone tell me how I can purchase a 2018 Apple MacBook Pro from the online apple store without living in the USA. I do not own a US credit card and would like to know what the work around or if there is any provision for persons living outside of the US to make these purchases?

Can anyone help with providing this information/guidance?

There are authorized Apple resellers in the US who could ship to other countries

if you wanted to get the US version of product line; the better companies would

have access to latest retail versions as made available to their inventory.

If ordering from an independent authorized reseller, there may be shipping & duty

or added tax charges (as with any international transaction) and your options may

vary. An official AppleCare plan may be available (in addition.) Some had issue with

buying a separate AppleCare plan after initial hardware purchase, in general.

{For the most part, optional extended AppleCare plans offer international coverage.

This may involve 'independent Apple authorized service providers' in your region.}

Some well-known authorized US resellers of Apple products ship to many countries.

And do fair job of online sales/support. They're independent (not Apple) businesses.

Their own website info would cover international sales and shipping, duty/tax, etc.
