Can't control my homepod and update it cuz it shows unavailable in the home app on my iPhone

See Reset HomePod - Apple Support and set it up again. Check the prerequisites in the Get started section of Set up and use HomePod - Apple Support. See also If you can’t set up HomePod - Apple Support.
