Is there a way to manage apps via itunes

I would like to share apps between my iphones and ipads, can that be done via iTunes. If not, is there an app that facilitates that effort.

If your iPhones and iPads share an Apple ID, or if they are linked using Family Sharing, most purchased apps can be shared just using the App Store icon on the device. You don't need iTunes or any other tool on your computer. You can even go to Settings/iTunes & App Store and turn on Automatic Downloads for apps. Any app you download on one device will automatically be downloaded on all devices sharing the Apple ID. If a device is on a different Apple ID but is liked with Family Sharing you can go to the App Store app, find the app and you will see a download icon to get it. Or in the App Store app tap your icon in the upper right, then Purchased, and you will see all of your purchases and those on other Family Shared devices and download them there.
