Malware found

I installed security software from my internet provider and a scan shows infections, but not how to get rid of them. When I search the names shown I get no results. Any suggestions?

Also, possibly related, I just installed High Sierra and when I tried to change users I got a message that "Mac OS needs to repair your Library to run applications" but it wouldn't let me enter the user password or cancel so I had to shut down and restart. 4 of the 6 infections shown are supposed to be Library files.

I'm using a Macbook Air mid 2012.
