How do I add a folder to my iTunes Movie Library

How do I add a folder to iTunes Movie Library? In my Movie Library there are currently folders for movies, genres, recent, and home videos. How do I add another, for example, Vacation Videos?

iPhone 8 Plus, Windows 10
